Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing facility
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage staff schedules
• Review and ensure accuracy of weekly punch details and bonus eligibility
• Calculate certified hours for the nursing department
• Maintain attendance records and manage employee payroll changes
• Maintain an up-to-date list of clinical care employee contact information
• Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure completion of checklists
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Staffing Manager , Director of Nursing and orAdministrator
